For this protective packaging tray insert, our team was challenged to create some very deep cells to both hold and protect this sonic cleaning device during shipment. Fortunately, our precision thermoforming machines were able to generate the heat needed to create the deep drawn cells required.

For Aircraft, our design team worked to develop tube packaging that would not just hold but also protect the delicate scent sticks. A custom molded bottom and top cap helped center the sticks and hold them in place to provide added protection.

For this innovative packaging tray, VisiPak designers were challenged with developing a tray that would not only hold and display the macaron cookies, but also protect them. However, since the customer did not want to use a clamshell design, the team developed a tray with tabs and slots that would allow the one thermoformed part to act as both a tray and a lid.
