Food Grade Certified
As many lidded film trays are used for food packaging applications, it is important to note that these trays and containers should be manufactured in a FSSC 22000 certified facility, and VisiPak meets that certification. This ISO-based food safety certification program is recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative and provides specifications to improve food safety at a global level. VisiPak’s extensive packaging experience allowed our team to create the precision thermoformed trays needed to help Crunch Pak solve an issue with their automated packaging line. We precision manufactured thermoformed trays with an extremely flat top that allowed the film to seal properly while also addressing an issue with trays not denesting consistently and properly.
