First Aid Tray

First Aid replenishment trays come with all types of contents, but few contain the type of precious pharmaceuticals that represent the difference between life and death.

The Challenge

Unlike most forms of medical packaging, this kit featured a number of different medicines and pharmaceuticals that all required quick and easy identification.

The Solution

The Visipak thermoforming design team worked with the client to create a pharmaceutical packaging tray with cavities that would safely hold and clearly display each item. Each cavity was designed with finger notches so that users could easily extract the medicine and a complementary clear plastic lid was integrated so that users could easily identify which items in the kit needed to be replaced after use.

The Result

The packaging played a key role in the success of this First Aid replenishment tray…allowing these life-saving medications to be deployed on a much grander scale than ever before.
