Being an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer, Visipak was able to produce the low particulate packaging needed for any downstream sterilization that would need to take place. The thermoforming design team also specified a material that was both impact and moisture-resistant to insure the highest quality possible.

In addition to meeting Acumed’s needs for quality, cleanliness and performance, the Visipak design team also worked to integrate branding into the packaging tray by engraving its name within the tooling.
