When a mass market private label and corporate brand manufacturer needed a package for a nutrition product they got more than they bargained for in a very healthy way. The search for packaging resulted in a partnership with VisiPak that extended beyond a blister, beyond a header card, and into a full scale contract packaging project. This began in 2008 and continues today.
A dietary supplement was securely contained in a typical vitamin-type container. For presence in a retail environment an outer package was deemed appropriate and a thermoform blister was selected for efficiency and cost considerations. This allowed a header card to boldly display the product features for the consumer.
In addition to producing the blister, VisiPak receives and stores the secured product, manages all components, assembles and secures each package, prepares and ships the items, all according to the private label and corporate brand manufacturer’s requirements.
